ACCIONA Infrastructure delivers civil, water, rail and other major infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand, with more than 100 years of global experience. Its Perth-based project teams manage the full lifecycle of regional infrastructure works, offering document control professionals exposure to complex, high-value programs and genuine career progression within a growing business.
About the Opportunity
As Document Controller, you will report to the Project Director and take ownership of project document control from our Perth office. You will manage document registers, control revisions, and ensure accurate, compliant records across the project team. This role offers genuine exposure to a major regional infrastructure delivery, direct engagement with project leadership, and the chance to build your document control career within ACCIONA's growing Infrastructure business.
Key accountabilities for the position will be:
- Maintain accurate document registers and control revisions across the project.
- Manage document workflows using RIB Cx and project systems.
- Coordinate document distribution and approvals with project and client stakeholders.
- Support the Project Director with reporting and document compliance.
- Monitor document control processes to meet ACCIONA and client quality standards.
- Archive project records to maintain a complete audit trail.
Required Skills and Competencies
What capability and experience will you need to have:
- Bring a minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Bring experience with RIB Cx or similar document systems.
