Zur Unterstützung der globalen Logistik- und Lagerdienstleistungen von Cencora im Geschäftsbereich World Courier suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Koordination unserer Fahrerflotte in der Region Stuttgart.
In dieser Position organisieren Sie Abholungen und Zustellungen von zeitkritischen und temperaturgeführten Sendungen, insbesondere im pharmazeutischen Umfeld.
Ihre Aufgaben
Disposition von Abholungen und Auslieferungen für das Fahrerteam in Stuttgart
Planung effizienter Routen sowie kurzfristige Anpassung bei Änderungen
Kommunikation aller relevanten Sendungsinformationen an die Fahrer
Vorbereitung von Spezialverpackungen und temperaturgeführten Sendungen, einschließlich Befüllung von Liquid-Nitrogen-Dry-Shippern
Aufbereitung und Instandsetzung von Verpackungen
Allgemeine Lager- und Warehouse-Tätigkeiten
Auslesen und Bearbeiten von Temperaturdaten

Ihr Profil
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Disposition, Transportplanung oder Fahrersteuerung
Erfahrung in der Speditions-, Kurier- oder Transportbranche, idealerweise mit temperaturgeführten und zeitkritischen Sendungen, z. B. im Pharmabereich
Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Straßennetzes in der Region Stuttgart
Hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit
Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und sicheres Arbeiten auch in arbeitsintensiven Situationen
Gute Priorisierungs- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
Starke mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen auf allen Ebenen
Bruttojahresgehalt: 35,000 - 43,000 EUR
