The mission -
A customer’s compliance journey does not end with the platform. We are looking for a Director to build Professional Services into a high-quality, commercially sustainable function that delivers stronger customer outcomes. You will define the services, pricing, and delivery model, lead a focused consulting team, and oversee audit delivery partnerships. Insights from customers, delivery teams, and auditors will also help improve Sprinto’s product.
Where you'll leave your mark?
Build Professional Services
Define Sprinto’s Professional Services portfolio across GRC, information security, risk, privacy, and compliance.
Convert customer needs into clearly defined offerings, scopes of work, delivery plans, and pricing.
Establish when Professional Services should be introduced into an account and when the customer should work with an independent external provider.
Build repeatable delivery methods without reducing complex compliance work to a checklist.
Create a model that is chargeable and commercially sensible while keeping customer and compliance outcomes at its centre.
Develop the team structure, capability plan, utilization model, and quality standards needed to scale the function.
Lead Delivery Quality
Ensure that services are delivered consistently, responsibly, and within the agreed scope.
Establish quality reviews, escalation mechanisms, delivery metrics, and customer feedback loops.
Protect the integrity and authenticity of compliance evidence produced or managed during an engagement.
Make clear distinctions between enabling a compliance program, preparing a customer for an audit, and independently issuing an audit opinion or certification.
Step into complex customer situations where deeper GRC, delivery, or solution expertise is required.
Lead Audit Delivery Partnerships
Define the strategy and operating model for Sprinto’s audit and assurance partner ecosystem.
Establish appropriate partner-selection, onboarding, coverage, capacity, and quality standards.
Maintain clear safeguards around auditor independence, conflicts of interest, referral transparency, evidence integrity, and customer choice.
Ensure commercial arrangements with audit firms are non-contingent and do not depend on a customer receiving a favourable audit outcome.
Build senior relationships with audit and assurance firms while preserving the independence of their professional judgment.
Provide direction to the function while a dedicated team member manages day-to-day partner operations as the team grows.
Improve the Product and Customer Journey
Work closely with Product to convert recurring delivery, customer, and auditor feedback into product improvements.
Identify where customers struggle with controls, evidence, integrations, workflows, or audit preparation.
Help Sprinto distinguish problems that should be solved through services from those that should ultimately be solved through the product.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify the right service for the right customer and set realistic expectations.
Enable customer-facing teams to explain Sprinto’s Professional Services offerings accurately and responsibly.
What Success Looks Like
During your first year, we expect you to:
Launch a clear and relevant Professional Services portfolio.
Establish standard scopes, pricing, delivery methods, and quality measures.
Build a strong initial delivery team and improve consistency across customer engagements.
Create a commercially sustainable model without turning the function into a quota-led sales organization.
Improve customer compliance and audit experiences without compromising evidence integrity or auditor independence.
Build a structured audit partner operating model with clear governance and accountability.
Create a reliable feedback loop through which services and auditor insights improve Sprinto’s product and compliance programs.
The kind of builder we're looking for -
Approximately 10–15 years of experience across Professional Services, GRC, technology risk, information security, compliance, audit readiness, or risk advisory.
Experience building, leading, or scaling a client-facing Professional Services or risk-advisory function.
Strong grounding in security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or related standards.
Experience defining service offerings, scopes of work, delivery models, pricing, and operating metrics.
A track record of leading consulting or delivery teams and maintaining a high bar for customer outcomes.
The ability to understand both the commercial and professional obligations of audit and assurance firms.
Sound judgment around evidence integrity, conflicts of interest, customer choice, and auditor independence.
Experience working with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, security, compliance, and external audit firms.
The ability to operate in a growing company where the function, team, and operating model are still being built.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the credibility to advise customers and senior practitioners independently.
Experience in a Big Four or another respected technology-risk, cybersecurity, compliance, or risk-advisory practice would be particularly relevant.
