  • Establish a clear end-to-end Source vision that connects procurement decisions to upstream and downstream outcomes across Plan, Make, Deliver, Quality, Finance, Commercial, R&D, and enterprise transformation programs.
  • Shape the future Source technology roadmap using trusted data, external market and supplier insights, automation, analytics, simulation, and human-reviewed AI-enabled decision support.
  • Guide the delivery and adoption of decision-ready procurement intelligence, including category insights, Supplier 360, savings tracking, cost benchmarking, negotiation support, risk visibility, prioritization, and mitigation intelligence.
  • Represent Source Business Technology with senior supply chain and procurement stakeholders globally, influencing alignment across regions, markets, business functions, technology, product, data, architecture, and vendor teams to deliver enterprise-wide reach and impact.
  • Standardize, simplify, automate, and continuously improve Source processes, tools, and systems to optimize business value, user experience, compliance, and total cost of ownership.

Qualifications:
