Responsibilities

PJT Park Hill is seeking an experienced industry professional for its Infrastructure Distribution Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, interpersonal, client management, and analytical and writing skills, as well as demonstrate exemplary work ethic, attention to detail, mentorship, and the ability to work well both independently and within teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide expert product and market content as a trusted advisor to PJT Park Hill clients;
• Embrace a culture of collaboration and teamwork;
• Have a willingness to travel extensively, keep meticulous records and work closely with the US based distribution and project management teams as well as senior partners;
• Understand the differentiated investment processes across our client base, following up and closing on commitments.

Qualifications

PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Experience selling various private markets strategies and the ability to articulate the risk/reward spectrum across these strategies;
• Passion for private markets and a strong understanding of the private markets investment and LP buyer landscape;
• Strategic thinker, with appreciation and understanding for where the private markets funds are and where they are headed in the US and globally;
• Natural relationship builder and ability to “read the room” and adapt one’s messaging and conversation based on the audience and investor appetite;
• Technical product knowledge; ability to quickly understand and articulate a GP’s investment strategy / strategies in technical depth;
• Strong, established relationships with North American and global infrastructure companies and key decision-makers within the firms;
• Demonstrable track record of building client relationships;
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to handle multiple projects at a time;
• Confident and self-aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Strong work ethic, passion for excellence, results-oriented;
• Personal and professional integrity of the highest order;
• Self starter who takes initiative and is collaborative both internally and externally.

Expected annualized base salary of $300,000 to $350,000.

Base salary is one component of PJT Partners’ compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners’ compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
