The Role of Director of Restaurants:

We are looking for an exceptional restaurant leader who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and inspiring high-performing teams. As our Director of Restaurants, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of dining concepts, ensuring every outlet delivers outstanding service, strong financial results, and an experience that reflects the highest luxury hospitality standards.

In this role, you will lead and mentor restaurant management teams, drive operational excellence, and play a key part in shaping the guest journey across all restaurant venues. Your presence on the floor, attention to detail, and ability to connect with both guests and employees will be instrumental in elevating the overall dining experience.

Our Ideal Director of Restaurants:

 

We are seeking a passionate and accomplished restaurant leader with a proven track record in luxury hospitality. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of three years of experience leading multiple restaurant outlets within a luxury hotel environment or high-end standalone restaurant concepts associated with internationally recognized luxury brands.

You are a hands-on operator who thrives in a dynamic setting and understands how to balance exceptional guest experiences with strong commercial performance. You have successfully managed diverse dining concepts, led high-performing management teams, and consistently delivered excellence in service, people development, and financial results.

You bring the ability to inspire and mentor teams, build a culture of accountability and engagement, and ensure the highest standards are maintained across all venues. Your leadership style is visible and approachable, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships with guests and create memorable dining experiences.

As a strategic leader, you are comfortable managing budgets, labor costs, forecasting, purchasing, and inventory controls while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and profitability. You will work closely with culinary leadership to develop innovative concepts, menus, and service standards that reflect the positioning of a world-class luxury destination.

A strong understanding and practical application of Forbes Travel Guide and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards is essential. You will champion luxury service excellence across all outlets, ensuring guest experiences consistently meet and exceed the expectations of these globally recognized quality benchmarks.

You are a passionate restaurant professional who enjoys being at the heart of the operation, developing and inspiring teams, and creating exceptional experiences for guests every day. Given the nature of the role, you must also be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule based on business demands.
