Position Summary
The Director of Product & Marketing leads the product management and marketing functions across two product lines. This role owns product strategy and roadmap, marketing strategy (including demand gen and product marketing), and go-to-market execution, ensuring close alignment between what the company builds and how it is positioned and sold in the market. This role is a part of the Executive team reporting to the President.
Job Responsibilities:
Set product and marketing strategy across both product lines aligned to company growth goals
Own product vision and roadmap, informed by customer input, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and data, in close partnership with Engineering
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and major feature releases
Oversee product marketing to ensure positioning, messaging, and enablement materials effectively translate product capabilities for Sales and customer-facing teams
Build, lead, and develop the Product Management and Marketing teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
Own the annual and quarterly planning process for both functions, including budget and resourcing decisions
Define and track product and marketing KPIs (adoption, retention, pipeline contribution, CAC, campaign performance)
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering leadership to ensure product and marketing plans support broader business objectives
Present roadmap, launch plans, and performance results to executive leadership

Qualifications [Minimum required Education and Experience]
8+ years of experience in product management and/or marketing leadership in SaaS or software organization, with at least 3–5 years managing both functions or working in a closely integrated capacity.
Proven knowledge of Digital Marketing industry with either direct industry experience or demonstrated end user knowledge.
Proven experience owning strategy and execution for multiple product lines simultaneously
Track record of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
Strong grasp of product marketing fundamentals (positioning, messaging, launch planning) even if not the primary discipline
Experience operating in a company of similar size/stage – comfortable with limited resources, high ownership, and a mix of strategic and hands-on work
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Salary Range:
The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$162,000.00 - USD$198,000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change.
