Role Summary

The Insights Leader is an experienced, client-facing associate within T. Rowe Price’s US Intermediaries division who develops and delivers unique value-add/practice management insights. This person leads the development and management of our practice management programs to help advisors manage their business, grow their client base, and better engage with their clients. Through the distillation and analysis of current market trends, research insights, and advisor needs, the Insights Leader crafts compelling multi-channel programs that engage advisors through all marketing channels, from online engagements to large scale events, and beyond.

Responsibilities

• SME/Speaking engagements. Externally deliver/present our programs to groups of few to hundreds, in person to virtual, small events to national keynotes. Act as an SME our programs, plus communicate and promote—both formally and informally—our insights to home office partners, in-field interactions, through social channels, and with media and press outlets.
• Idea Generation and Program Development. Translate client needs and business objectives into compelling and engaging content and programs for financial professionals;
  • conduct discovery and research with internal and external inputs to create unique and proprietary insights;
  • work with a cross-functional working team and a creative agency to bring the insights to life in a relevant and compelling way
• Training. Train associates on the key messages/positioning and core content to allow for broader, scaled delivery following a tiered approach.

Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
• 10+ years of total relevant work experience
• Extensive and professional-level presentation skills to audiences of all sizes and levels across organizations;
• Strong knowledge of financial services industry, and experience working with financial professionals;
• Proven success in developing content and programs that are differentiated and impactful;
• Experience in leading research efforts;
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders to create buy in and influence change;
• Ability to travel approx. 50% of time

Preferred:

• FINRA series 7 and 63, CFP

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

Base Salary Ranges

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
