Job Description Summary

The Facilities Management Director will manage and direct activities for the delivery of workplace services, operations and asset planning, maintenance and repair for an expanded portfolio with accountability for the overall delivery of portfolio management, including engineering services, site services, energy management and environmental health & safety. Responsibilities also include MSA compliance, adherence to business plan, budgetary control, capital planning and oversight of the daily management and operational activities associated with the portfolio.

 

 

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deputize Director, Defense & Sports to prepare and manage existing projects including The Kallang & Army IFM
• Deputize Director, Township to prepare and manage projects under existing Township (NSTC, MPBHTC & ECTC)
• Lead any new or existing Business Unit / account as assigned
• Perform any related duties as required and directed.
• Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture
• Support review and enhance on internal work processes and governance when/if required

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong in Leading multi-discipline teams
• Competent in developing and evaluating new business models
• Qualified in FM or relevant Build Environment fields
• Experienced in Estate Management or relevant domains
• Strong in public speaking and presentation
