- Achieve and exceed annual and quarterly sales budgets and revenue targets.
- Effectively manage, develop, and mentor the channel sales team to drive high performance and capability building.
- Expand and strengthen channel reach across India to improve market penetration and coverage.
- Continuously assess, optimize, and strengthen the channel network to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure disciplined adoption and utilization of CRM systems across the team for pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking.
- Drive growth through increased penetration in SSI OEMs and contractor segments.
- Build, maintain, and enhance strong relationships with key channel partners to ensure long-term collaboration and loyalty.
- Minimum 20 years of total professional experience, with a strong focus on sales and channel management within industrial or engineering sectors. At least 12–15 years in leadership roles, managing regional or national sales teams.
- Skills & Attributes: Deep domain experience in the HVACR industry is essential, with a strong understanding of product applications across commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, and cold chain segments. Demonstrated success in driving a performance-driven culture with clear accountability.
- Experience in driving CRM adoption, sales analytics, and pipeline management.
