Job Description

Job Summary:**

UOB Capital Services is seeking highly motivated and independent Direct Sales Agents to promote and sell financial products. This role offers the flexibility of an independent sales representative, focused on acquiring new clients and building lasting relationships.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Proactively identify and approach potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable UOB Capital Services products.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients and present appropriate product solutions (e.g., loans, investments, insurance, etc.).
* Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly and accurately to prospective clients.
* Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
* Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
* Stay up-to-date with UOB Capital Services' product offerings, market trends, and industry regulations.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of various financial products and services.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
* Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and market conditions.
* High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
* Thai nationality is preferred (due to the original job title's language).
