Job Description

This autumn semester, we are excited to welcome two new student workers to join our teams in Billund. These roles are within technical program management, offering great opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact. 

Student Worker, Colleague Experience Technology 

As our Student Worker in Technical Program Management, Digital Technology, you'll join the Technical Program Management team and gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of next-generation systems across the LEGO® Group. You'll help keep cross-functional programs organized, visible, and moving forward while working across a portfolio of initiatives. This is an opportunity to build practical experience in program coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking while partnering with teams across Digital Technology. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Excel and spreadsheet analysis to support planning, tracking, or reporting activities 

  • Basic understanding of software delivery life-cycle 

  • Coordinated tasks, timelines, or people through student work, internships, university projects, or part-time roles 

  • Fluent English 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Used Power BI or similar dashboarding and reporting tools 

  • Worked with task management tools to track progress and actions 

  • Applied program or project coordination practices in an academic or professional setting 

What you'll build 

  • Support the delivery of cross-functional programs and portfolios 

  • Improve visibility across actions, milestones, and risks 

  • Contribute to reliable tracking and reporting processes 

  • Help strengthen stakeholder communication across initiatives 

  • Support the team's operational rhythm and day-to-day coordination 

  • Help teams stay organized as multiple initiatives move forward simultaneously 

Student Worker, Migration & Delivery 

As our Student Worker - Data Office, you'll support the Migration & Delivery team within the LEGO® Group Digital Technology organisation. You'll work closely with our Tech Ops Specialist on vendor approval management, forecasting, budgeting support, and financial reconciliation activities. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your scope into programme support, contributing to governance, reporting, and change activities. It's a role where you'll make a visible contribution, build practical business experience, and become an important point of contact for the team. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Advanced use of Microsoft tools to support business, reporting, or operational activities 

  • Strong numerical skills from academic, analytical, or business-related work 

  • Completed coursework involving quantitative methods and data analysis 

  • Fluent English 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Worked with agile ways of working as part of a project, team, or course 

  • Contributed to budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting activities 

  • Collaborated across a global or multi-stakeholder environment 

  • Supported large programmes, projects, or delivery initiatives 

What you'll build 

  • Support the monthly cycle of vendor approval management and operational follow-up 

  • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation activities 

  • Assist with programme governance, reporting, and change-related work 

  • Help create clear status updates and maintain visibility across ongoing activities 

  • Build trusted relationships with colleagues, finance partners, vendors, and consultants 

  • Develop the capability to independently support this functional area over time 

We're looking for students who 

  • Are currently enrolled in Denmark in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Erhvervsakademi (professional academy) program in fields related to data. 

  • Preferably graduating summer 2028 or beyond, having at least 1.5-2 years left of studies 

  • Are curious and willing to learn, with a positive, team-player attitude. 

  • Can be present 15–20 hours per week, ideally with 1–2 days at our LEGO office in Billund. 

  • Are passionate about digital technology and eager to contribute to real projects.

Following the Assessment Day, there will be one final interview round. The expected start date for successful candidates is either 1st December 2026 or 1st January 2027.
