Job Description
Responsible for the continuous growth and improvement of digital channels that engage customers at scale toward building lasting relationships. The team ensures our target experiences across episodes reach our customers -- managing a prioritized roadmap of features, co-creating experiences with cross-functional teams, growing the usage of experiences, and closing the loop on channel improvements.Duties and Responsibilities
- Prioritizing feature roadmap
- Co-creating experiences for digital channels
- Growing the penetration and usage of experiences
- Implementing continuous channel improvements
- Understanding business priorities and context and acting as the single point of contact for channel-related discussions
Competencies
- Product Execution: feature specification, product delivery, product quality
- Customer Insight: fluency with data, voice of the customer, user experience design
- Product Strategy: business outcome ownership, product vision and roadmapping, strategic impact.
- Influencing People: stakeholder management, team leadership
Requirements
- Requires 10 years of proven experience as a Product Owner with a mandatory background in building digital experiences, encompassing product initiatives, business development, user experience design, or a related field.
- Must be a graduate of a business or IT course
