Ambito Digital Procurement
Parteciperai attivamente a progetti di consulenza, occupandoti di:
- Assistere il team nelle fasi della trasformazione del Procurement, includendo ambiti come SRM, Sourcing, Purchase to Pay e Analytics.
- Supportare le attività di analisi delle esigenze delle realtà clienti
- Imparare a strutturare il Modello Operativo Target e sviluppare relativi Business Case.
- Supportare la gestione del progetto e/o l’integrazione funzionale delle soluzioni implementate.
- Supportare le attività di gestione del cambiamento all’interno delle organizzazioni clienti.
- Aiutare le realtà clienti a sfruttare al meglio le tecnologie per ottimizzare il meccanismo di approvvigionamento presso i fornitori.
