DESCRIPTION:

About the Job: Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Operations Specialist to join the Southeast Asia Marketing team. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of digital platform by ensuring the timely deployment, maintenance, and optimization of website content, web merchandising activities, digital campaigns, and platform operations. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service and IT, the successful candidate will help deliver a seamless and engaging digital customer experience across regional web properties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the deployment and maintenance of website content, product information, and digital assets.
• Coordinate web merchandising activities, including homepage banners, product categorization, navigation, featured content, promotional placements, and product presentation.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, compliance, and alignment with brand guidelines across website.
• Perform routine website quality assurance (QA) before and after content deployment to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Troubleshoot website operational issues and coordinate with technical teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of digital workflows, processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor website performance and digital operational metrics to identify optimization opportunities and support continuous improvements.
• Build strong working relationships with regional and global stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
• Brief and manage web vendors to develop landing pages, campaign pages, and other digital assets tailored for the SEATW region.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, website operations, digital content management, web merchandising, or a related field.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and coordinating website content updates.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and countries.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent quality assurance and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with website analytics or digital performance reporting tools is an advantage.
