Job Summary:

We're seeking a digital marketing professional who combines strategic marketing expertise with strong analytics, measurement, and marketing technology capabilities. The ideal candidate will help design and build our marketing measurement framework, establish reporting and data governance standards, connect data across digital and business systems, and create visibility into the full customer journey. This role will play a key part in implementing analytics solutions, developing scalable reporting, delivering actionable insights, and partnering with leaders across the organization to support data-driven decision making and business outcomes.

Key Position Details:

This is a remote-based position with periodic onsite expectations for meetings, training, collaboration, or other business needs. To support these requirements, candidates must reside within commuting distance of Minneapolis, MN.

• 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period)
• 8-hour day shift
• Occasional weekend rotation

Preferred skills and experience:

• Marketing analytics, measurement, and reporting
• Analytics platform implementation, adoption, and optimization (Amplitude, GA4, etc.)
• Customer journey, funnel, and conversion analysis
• Dashboard development and reporting automation
• Integration of data across CRM, website, marketing, and analytics platforms
• Attribution modeling, KPI development, and measurement framework design
• Data governance and data quality management
• Translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and return on investment

We're also looking for someone with strong consulting and communication skills who can:

• Partner effectively with leaders and stakeholders across departments
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
• Build relationships and collaborate across marketing, operations, digital, and analytics teams
• Use data storytelling and presentation skills to influence decision-making
• Drive adoption of new analytics tools, processes, and measurement approaches

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Consultant leads and consults the planning of digital strategies including: the website and directory listing management for engagement marketing, SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION and Paid Search and Social Media strategies. Develop Analytics/Reporting that drives the strategy for all online platforms and ensuring the health of the online businesses through strong partner relationships, detailed reporting, analysis and optimization system-wide.

Principle Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning
  • Lead, consult and develop overarching digital marketing plans, process and implementation for all digital assets: website, email, blog, video, social media and app platforms.
  • Create effective search engine marketing and content marketing strategies to help connect our customers and prospective customers to meaningful product and marketing experiences.
  • Identify target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Management of marketing efforts that support digital products: ah.org, MyAccount, Apps. Recommend web enhancements that increase engagement i.e., provider carousels, interactive quizzes.
  • Create paid media campaigns and optimize based on pre-determined KPIs.
• Communication & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with DigEx and enhance existing user experience.
  • Develops recommendations for the outreach teams to develop stronger digital lead tracking and reporting communication.
  • Creates digital assets with DigEx team including landing pages, emails that effectively support marketing plan tactics, campaign strategies, and follow brand standards.
  • Provides marketing automation support for marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, and client and internal events.
• Strategic Operations
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Leverage analysis to inform content creation and campaign strategies, improving search performance.
  • Develops and synthesizes reporting data for landing pages, emails and leads for all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develops marketing campaign templates to track and report campaign results throughout the organization, including metrics and analysis of results and recommended adjustments to the campaign.
  • Analyzes marketing and data (campaign results, conversion rates, leads, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Administration
  • Oversees digital communication channels and processes as assigned.
  • Contributes to processes that help enhance structures and process improvements in digital marketing prioritization, measurement and deployment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or health care related field
• 5+ years of experience driving digital marketing strategy

Pay Range

Pay Range: $40.08 to $54.93 per hour

The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
