As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead end-to-end digital campaigns that drive measurable growth and brand visibility across various online platforms. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics and creative insights to optimize paid media performance, while ensuring cohesive messaging across the digital space. You will collaborate closely with product, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and market demands. Your analytical rigor and strategic mindset will be critical in translating data insights into high-impact marketing actions, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, target audiences, and lead-generation objectives.

Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize search, display, and other relevant Google Ads campaigns to improve conversions and advertising efficiency.

Meta Advertising: Develop and manage paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting, retargeting, budget allocation, and creative testing.

Analytics and Reporting: Use Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, campaign performance, and other key marketing metrics.

Meta Suite Management: Manage social media activities, schedule content, monitor engagement, and track performance using Meta Business Suite.

AI-Powered Marketing: Use Claude to assist with marketing copy, campaign ideas, audience research, content planning, and workflow improvements.

Campaign Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign data, refine targeting, and implement improvements to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Content Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing materials.

Performance Tracking: Prepare regular reports on campaign results, identify trends, and recommend data-backed improvements.

Market Research: Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

What Makes You a Great Fit

2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly paid advertising and campaign management.

Practical experience managing campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Advertising platforms.

Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking conversions, analyzing user behavior, and measuring marketing performance.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite for social media publishing, engagement, and performance monitoring.

Experience using Claude or similar AI tools to support content creation, research, and marketing workflows.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.

Understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, retargeting, A/B testing, and digital marketing KPIs.

Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.

A willingness to learn, experiment with new tools, and continuously improve digital marketing strategies.
