We've partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. We've made our way from vision to prototype. We've secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. We've delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We're building our double cab pick up, the Quartermaster.

Your role:

The Digital Experience Lead will report into our Marketing Manager (Digital & CX) and will be primarily responsible for supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the Grenadier global web platform. This would include operational uptime, authoring in 5 languages, content updates for critical regions (USA), & development, the outcome required is driving up the conversion ratio of the website.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Digital experience is at the heart of how our brand is presented and how are prospects and customers interact with the Brand
• Operational support for web uptime/bug fixes and commercial or legal updates
• The Brand website needs to be continuously improved for SEO particular ensuring it is a relevant reference point for the LLM’s
• There is a retained team at an external agency that the Digital Experience Lead collaborates with to ensure rigorous prioritisation and clear briefing
• With support of Marketing Manager this role is responsible for global authoring, and it is the intention to empower the regions to take some responsibility for authoring in their markets

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years experience in digital website operations, optimisation and development with multi -market/language set-up, including CMS experience
• Bachelor’s degree (desirable).
• Pro-active, a self-starter that can drive progress and delivery with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge and experience of global multi market website optimisation, authoring and development
• Ability to prioritise effectively with experience in project management
• Comfortable adapting to working at a fast pace and to shifting business dynamics and commercial priorities.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build bridges between technical and non-technical staff.
