Are you passionate about social media, digital marketing, advertising, and helping brands grow online? This is a fantastic 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with one of the world's most innovative social media platforms, Pinterest, while developing valuable skills with Accenture, a global leader in professional services.

As part of our high-performing Pinterest team, you'll work with leading digital marketing agencies and brands across Europe, helping them maximise their advertising performance on Pinterest. You'll gain exposure to digital advertising strategies, campaign performance analysis, client relationship management, and platform insights, making this an ideal role for students and graduates interested in pursuing a career in digital marketing, media, advertising, or sales.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with experienced Agency Account Managers to support a portfolio of leading digital marketing agencies and their advertisers.
• Help agencies and brands grow their presence on Pinterest by recommending advertising solutions and marketing best practices.
• Analyse campaign performance and advertising data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to agency partners to help them achieve their marketing objectives.
• Build an understanding of digital advertising, social media marketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.
• Develop strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving cert or equivalent)
• Dutch language native level

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing. 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
• Experience interfacing with clients. 
• Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools. 
• Team player / collaborative operating style with the desire and ability to learn on the fly and do what needs to be done. 
• Deadline oriented
