About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Advisory Senior Analyst to join our team in San José.

In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies while contributing to the management of digital projects and initiatives. You will analyze increasingly complex business challenges, collaborate with internal teams, and interact with clients and Accenture leadership as needed.

You will work with a good level of autonomy, taking ownership of your day-to-day responsibilities and contributing to decisions that may impact broader team activities. Depending on the assignment, you may also coordinate small workstreams or project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and digital initiatives.
• Analyze business and marketing challenges and identify actionable solutions.
• Coordinate and support digital projects, ensuring effective execution and collaboration across teams.
• Work closely with peers, stakeholders, clients, and Accenture management.
• Manage day-to-day responsibilities independently while adapting to new assignments and priorities.
• Contribute to or oversee small workstreams and team efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience developing, supporting, or executing marketing strategies and digital initiatives.
• Experience in Digital Project Management, including coordination of activities, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business challenges and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and clients.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, taking ownership of assigned activities and deliverables.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience coordinating small projects, workstreams, or teams is considered a plus.
• Availability to work in San José and flexibility to work rotational shifts when required.
