The Digital Advertising Technical Analyst role includes the management of customer interactions to increase customer satisfaction and improve service quality, specifically for technical integration on the advertiser's webpages. The Analyst is primarily responsible for providing technical onboarding solutions according to the Service Level Agreements and the quality and quantitative standards set, by ensuring that the advertisers' questions and issues are resolved. 

As a Digital Advertising Technical Analyst, you will help support and expand Accenture s client s self-serve advertising customer base. You will demonstrate the value of Accenture s client s advertising solutions and provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products, primarily supporting integration of eCommerce tracking capabilities on their advertising customer web platforms.  The team will conduct chat, email, and phone support for small and medium sized companies that advertise on Accenture s client platform. You will provide specialized product and tool support for the client's advertising Pixel code to improve their advertisers' experience and drive higher spending. 

 

THE WORK:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume inbound customer contact environment.
• Build positive customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing solutions aligned with best practices.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism by actively listening and responding to customer concerns.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while consistently meeting service level agreements and quality standards.
• Participate in comprehensive training (4-8 weeks) and ongoing coaching, with opportunities to leverage technical and coding skills to enhance the advertiser experience.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Fluency in English (minimum B2) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year experience in following: customer service, digital marketing, online advertising, or social media environments.
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, XML, and/or JavaScript, preferably in a digital advertising or technical support setting.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support and building positive customer experiences.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving products and client needs, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
