Our Foods business, including brands such as Hellmann's and Knorr, will join forces with McCormick to become a global flavour leader, with leading positions across spices, seasonings, condiments and complementary food categories, supported by a strong retail and foodservice platform. McCormick has 135+ years of heritage, a presence in 150+ countries and territories, and a portfolio of trusted brands. The transaction remains subject to consultation, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions with a targeted deal close of mid-2027.
JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to leads the end-to-end commercial planning and execution for Foods across Java region GT & LMT and RTM & HSM channels. The position is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through channel strategy execution, promotion planning, TTS investment management, performance tracking, and customer team leadership. The role also represents channel needs in the S&OP process and works closely with Category Leads to ensure commercial plans are translated into strong marketplace execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead execution of channel and category plans to deliver commercial targets (USG, UPG, GM) across GT, MT, RTM, and HSM.
Develop and manage promotional strategies and TTS allocation across customer teams.
Monitor and evaluate promotion effectiveness across all channels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Drive performance management of customer teams, ensuring delivery of monthly and half-year targets.
Represent customer and channel perspectives in the S&OP process.
Collaborate with Category Leads to ensure end-to-end alignment between category strategy and channel execution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, including AASM/AAM/CSP roles.
Proven experience managing DT and RTM operations
Solid understanding of category strategy and commercial levers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities.
Excellent communication across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis & Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
Financial acumen, including P&L understanding and budget management.
