Husqvarna Group is undertaking a major SAP transformation that will reshape how we operate across the organization.

As our Deployment Lead, you will play a key role in making it happen. You will lead the execution of multiple SAP roll-outs while helping shape the structures, ways of working and deployment model that will support Husqvarna Group for years to come.

About the team

You will be part of Husqvarna Group’s SAP Transformation Program, working closely with the Program Director and PMO, as well as Roll-outs Project Managers, local business stakeholders, System Integrator partners and central program workstreams.

You and the Program Director will work closely together in leading the day-to-day execution of the program, with clear areas of responsibility. The Program Director owns the overall roadmap and direction, while you will focus on making sure our roll-outs are ready and successfully delivered.

About the role

As Deployment Lead, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of SAP roll-outs across countries, sites and entities.

One of the main challenges – and an important part of the role – is keeping several roll-outs

 projects moving in parallel. This means balancing priorities, staying close to the different deployments and supporting Roll-out Project Managers when obstacles or dependencies get in the way.

You will lead the Roll-Out Project Managers and be responsible for the roll-out methodology, deployment playbooks and local governance.

The role covers the full roll-out lifecycle, from planning and localization to data migration, testing, training, cutover, hypercare and stabilization after go-live.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Creating common stage gates, readiness criteria, planning templates and quality standards across deployments.
• Making sure roll-outs follow the global template and that local change requests are handled through the right governance.
• Leading local SteerCos and working closely with business sponsors to manage decisions, risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Managing System Integrator delivery, including milestones, quality, contractual commitments and change orders.
• Leading readiness reviews ahead of go-live and providing Go/No-Go recommendations to the Program Director.
• Learning from each roll-out and continuously improving how future deployments are delivered.

About you

This is a senior role for an experienced leader who enjoys complex transformations and knows what it takes to lead large-scale SAP roll-outs.

You have led complex SAP or ERP deployments across multiple countries, sites or entities and know what it is like to have several roll-outs moving at the same time. Your experience helps you see what needs your attention, set the right priorities and know when to step in – and when to let your teams lead.

You lead with clarity and a coaching approach, supporting experienced Project Managers, removing obstacles and helping teams move forward.

You are comfortable working in a complex, international environment where priorities can shift and where strong collaboration across teams, functions and countries is essential.

Your skills and background

• 8+ years of experience leading complex multi-site ERP deployments, preferably SAP.
• Experience from repeated ERP roll-outs and structured deployment approaches.
• Proven experience leading multiple Project Managers and delivery teams across geographies.
• Experience managing System Integrators, including delivery, milestones, quality and commercial commitments.
• Strong understanding of data migration, testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Experience with deployment methodologies, governance, risk management and readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in complex, international organizations.
