As a Dental Administrator, you’ll be an important part of our front-office team, creating a warm and welcoming experience for patients while helping keep the practice running smoothly. You’ll support appointment scheduling, patient communication, treatment coordination, and administrative tasks. We’re looking for someone who is organized, compassionate, professional, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Schedule:   

Monday: 2.00pm - 8.00pm

Tuesday: 8.00am - 5.00pm

Wednesday: 12.00pm - 8.00pm / 8.00am - 5.00pm (rotating)

Thursday: 2.00pm - 8.00pm

Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm

2 Saturdays a month: 8.00am - 4.00pm

The wage for this Treatment Coordinator position is $20-$28/hour depending on skills, experience, and location. 

Please note that this is a replacement job opening. 

Your Role: 

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options 
• Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team 
• Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans 
• Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care 
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time 
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care 
• Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions 

About You: 

• Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required  
• Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required 
• Experience with dental software programs is required  
• Strong customer service experience
