We are looking for the next season 2027, a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Villa Beatrice team.

He/She will reports a Villa Manager.

Main duties & responsibilities: 

• Assist in the preparation of dishes according to recipes and suggestion by the Chef;
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality;
• Monitor and maintain the kitchen clean and organized;
• Collaborate with the staff of the kitchen to ensure smooth operations;
• Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet our quality standard.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipment and raw materials processing techniques;
• At least 2 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment;
• Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred;
• Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability;
• Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player;
• Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues; 
• Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background;
• HACCP certification.
