Key Responsibilities

• Lead the 12-month rolling demand forecast, incorporating sales trends, promotions, new launches and product discontinuations.
• Drive S&OP meetings with Sales, Marketing and Finance to align demand, supply and business priorities.
• Oversee supply and purchase planning to balance product availability, inventory levels and working capital.
• Coordinate with brand principals and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and resolve supply constraints.
• Manage inventory allocation and rebalancing across channels to maintain service levels and minimize excess stock.
• Drive preventive and corrective actions to reduce slow-moving, obsolete (SLOB) and near-expiry inventory.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, service levels and inventory KPIs, identify business risks and implement improvement plans.
• Lead and develop the planning team while improving planning processes, data quality and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 10 years of demand and supply planning experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in purchase planning, inventory management and SLOB reduction, preferably in beauty, FMCG, retail or distribution.
• Practical SAP experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading S&OP discussions.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, structured and adaptable, with sound commercial judgment.
