Role & Responsibilities
HallPass is looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Demand Planning manager to help build and scale our demand planning function. This role will own the demand forecast across the business and play a critical role in ensuring we have the right products available to meet customer demand while maintaining healthy inventory and service levels.

You’ll partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to develop accurate forecasts, lead the demand planning process, and proactively identify risks and opportunities across customers, channels, and products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear business decisions and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer products environment.

• Own the rolling demand forecast across all customers, channels, and SKUs, incorporating historical trends, seasonality, promotions, customer activity, and new product launches.
• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-range demand forecasts to support inventory, production, and capacity planning.
• Partner closely with Sales to incorporate customer insights, distribution changes, promotional activity, and pipeline opportunities into the forecast.
• Lead the demand planning portion of the monthly S&OP process, driving cross-functional alignment on the consensus demand plan.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identify key drivers of forecast variance, and implement improvements to increase forecast quality over time.
• Proactively identify demand risks and opportunities and communicate potential impacts to inventory, production, and customer service.
• Support new product launches and customer expansions by developing assumptions and forecasts where limited historical data exists.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to translate demand forecasts into inventory and production requirements.
• Develop scenario analyses to help the business understand the impact of changes in demand, customer timing, promotions, and other key assumptions.
• Build and maintain demand planning dashboards, reporting, and KPIs that provide visibility into forecast performance and emerging trends.
• Improve demand planning processes, tools, data, and forecasting methodologies as the business continues to scale.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, or related planning roles, ideally within CPG, food & beverage, or consumer products.
• Strong experience owning or materially contributing to a demand forecasting process across multiple customers, channels, and SKUs.
• Experience participating in or leading the demand planning portion of S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, forecast accuracy and bias, inventory planning, seasonality, promotions, and new product forecasting.
• Experience working with Sales and Supply Chain teams to develop and align on consensus demand forecasts.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing large datasets and building forecasting models and reporting.
• Experience with demand planning, ERP, or supply chain planning systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and building processes that can scale with the business.

• Salary: 150,000 - 170,000 per year, inclusive of bonus.
