What would you do? • Industry X operations enables end-to-end operations integration through data & digital twin to operate client core processes and client product centric operations. • Moving to an intelligent operating model powered by data, digital technologies and talent unlocked value at the seams • Investment project management and control capabilities related to grid assets to enable the energy transition (e. • g. • transmission interconnections).
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Low Carbon Grid Capital Projects - P1 • Bachelors degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering • 5-8 years on Primavera P6 scheduling experience within infrastructure or capital projects. • Strong working expertise in Primavera P6 schedule development, updates, and reporting • Experience supporting scheduling activities for civil, electrical, or mechanical infrastructure projects. • Working knowledge of project lifecycle stages including planning, engineering, construction, and commissioning
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture. • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and or Accenture management. • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others. • In this role you would be an individual contributor and or oversee a small work effort and or team. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts • Provide hands-on scheduling operations support across multiple infrastructure projects using Primavera P6. • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6. • Perform routine schedule updates, progress validation, and schedule maintenance cycles. • Ensure schedule data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to established scheduling standards. • Assist in building and maintaining Primavera P6 integrated project schedules and WBS structures. • Maintain activity sequencing, schedule baselines, and revisions within Primavera. • Track and update critical path activities and milestone schedules. • Ensure version control and schedule documentation within Primavera systems. • Perform schedule health checks and schedule performance tracking. • Generate Primavera-based schedule reports, dashboards, and milestone tracking outputs. • Support schedule variance analysis and milestone monitoring • Work closely with Scheduling Leads and global project teams across multiple time zones. • Support preparation of schedule reports and delivery artifacts for program stakeholders. • Contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement of scheduling practices. • Ensure adherence to defined scheduling standards, operational processes
