What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • prepares monthly quarterly calculation recording and reporting of tax transactions and effective tax rate reconciliation preparation of financial statements for Statutory Regulatory and Compliance requirement and for preparation of reconciliation and consolidation of accounts • The management of an enterprise s holdings, with the ultimate goal of managing the firm s liquidity and mitigating its operational, financial and reputational risk.
What are we looking for? • Core Skills • • Extensive knowledge of U.S. Federal, State, and Local Corporate Tax regulations • • Strong expertise in Corporate Tax Compliance, Tax Reporting, Tax Provision, and Tax Forecasting • • Deep understanding of ASC 740, GAAP IFRS tax accounting principles, and financial reporting • • Experience managing large tax compliance and reporting operations • • Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships • • Strong understanding of tax risk management and internal controls • • Experience managing tax audits, notices, assessments, and regulatory interactions • Value Add • • CA CMA CPA qualification • • Experience with Workday ERP • • Experience with OneSource Tax Application • • Exposure to automation, digital tax tools, and process transformation • • Experience managing global tax operations and multiple jurisdictions • • Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement certification • • Willingness to work night shifts
Roles and Responsibilities: • 1. Direct Tax Operations Leadership • Corporate Tax Compliance • • Own and lead end-to-end U.S. Federal, State, and Local Tax compliance processes. • • Review and approve complex corporate tax computations and tax returns. • • Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporate tax returns and statutory submissions. • • Review tax-sensitive transactions and provide guidance on tax treatment. • • Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing requirements, tax elections, credits, incentives, and reliefs. • • Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure timely implementation of regulatory changes. • • Act as the escalation point for complex tax compliance matters. • Tax Payment Oversight • • Oversee estimated tax payments, extensions, tax settlements, and refund claims. • • Review and approve tax payment requests. • • Ensure compliance with statutory payment deadlines. • • Drive cash tax optimization opportunities. • . Tax Provision and Financial Reporting • • Lead quarterly and annual tax provision activities. • • Review effective tax rate calculations and deferred tax accounting. • • Ensure compliance with ASC 740 and applicable accounting standards. • • Review tax accounting reconciliations and tax reporting packages. • • Support tax disclosures in statutory and management reporting. • • Drive governance and control improvements within tax accounting processes. • 3. Strategic Tax Forecasting and Business Partnering • • Partner with business and finance leadership teams to support annual planning and forecasts. • • Review tax forecasts, cash tax models, and scenario analyses. • • Provide strategic tax insights to support business decisions. • • Evaluate tax impacts of acquisitions, restructuring activities, and business initiatives. • • Support effective tax rate planning and tax-saving initiatives. • 4.
