As a Deals Advisory - AI Engineer, you will join our AI Research team, contributing to the development of model benchmarking and experimentation capabilities that drive AI delivery for PwC and its clients. Within our Forensic Technology practice, you will play a pivotal role in building and evolving AI benchmarking platforms, enabling robust model evaluation and influencing technical strategy across projects. Your work will involve designing end-to-end benchmarking workflows, generating insights, and developing scalable evaluation frameworks.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and mentor junior team members. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will thrive in a collaborative environment that values curiosity and practical problem-solving. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving experimentation infrastructure, producing client-ready insights, and supporting technical demos.

Responsibilities

- Developing and evolving AI benchmarking and experimentation platforms to support model evaluation
- Designing and executing end-to-end benchmarking workflows to generate actionable insights for client use cases
- Building scalable evaluation frameworks and metrics by integrating hands-on engineering with academic research
- Maintaining and enhancing experimentation infrastructure to support robust and production-grade engineering
- Producing clear insights and supporting technical demonstrations and deep dive sessions for clients
- Utilizing Python for asynchronous programming, multithreading, and writing maintainable code
- Building automated testing pipelines to assess model performance effectively
- Deploying machine learning workloads to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Implementing CI/CD processes and containerization using Docker or Podman
- Applying knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and utilizing APIs for LLMs like Azure and OpenAI
- Conducting market analysis and data analytics to inform AI model selection and technical strategy
- Collaborating with forensic technology teams to address fraud, investigations, and regulatory enforcement challenges

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
