That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

Dealer Originations Manager — Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily Dealer Originations operations, including staffing, workforce scheduling, phone coverage, shared inboxes, workflow execution, and service-level performance.

• Establish work priorities and oversee resource allocation to maintain adequate coverage, balance workloads, and meet evolving business demands.

• Analyze operational performance, identify coverage gaps and emerging trends, and provide leadership with timely updates and recommended solutions.

• Oversee the dealer agreement process to ensure required documentation is collected accurately and consistently, service expectations are met, and exceptions are escalated appropriately.

• Provide leadership for complex dealer escalations, coordinating timely resolution, clear communication, and closed-loop follow-up.

• Coach and develop Dealer Specialists and team leads through real-time guidance, structured training, performance feedback, and ongoing development.

• Reinforce departmental procedures, quality standards, service expectations, and accountability to promote consistent execution and an exceptional dealer experience.

• Partner with Funding, Onboarding, Sales, Product, Risk, and other internal stakeholders to resolve dealer issues, improve processes, and support originations growth.

• Identify and implement workflow improvements that increase operational efficiency, strengthen service delivery, and enhance the overall GoFi dealer experience.

• Monitor escalation-ticket volume, trends, and resolution quality while ensuring high-priority matters receive appropriate attention.

• Promote a responsive, professional, and dealer-focused culture that strengthens relationships and builds dealer confidence in the GoFi program.

• Lead special projects and address emerging business needs in partnership with senior leadership

The Specifics

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• 2+ years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience.

• Experience in automotive finance, lending, dealership operations, or a related industry required.

• Preferred experience in credit analysis, underwriting, lending practices, and applicable lending regulations.
