Job Description Summary

The Deal Desk Specialist – Bangalore will support the Americas Deal Desk team in managing and executing deal-related activities. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient execution of deal processes while maintaining high-quality standards. The specialist will follow established procedures, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and contribute to delivering a seamless experience for business partners and brokers.

About the Role:

• Execute deal-related transactions and support deal closing processes.

• Review contract and legal documentation and enter key data into enterprise systems.

• Resolve write-off and missing payment inquiries.

• Ensure efficient deal execution by following standardized and best-practice procedures.

• Review deals for accurate property, customer, and pricing terms.

• Ensure contract details are aligned with Cushman & Wakefield’s internal systems.

• Complete write-offs, master data management, and missing payment activities within timelines.

• Contribute to Deal Desk knowledge management and maintain SOPs, best practices, and policy documentation.

• Conduct quality checks on peer Deal Desk Specialist work to ensure process adherence and data accuracy.

• Collaborate with Deal Desk team members to share best practices and proactively resolve issues.

• Identify opportunities to improve the broker experience and overall deal processes.

• Identify gaps in operational and system processes and recommend improvements.

• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

• Work in rotational shifts:

• 4:00 PM IST – 1:00 AM IST

• 7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

• 4–6 years of experience in:

  • Data Management

  • Project Management

  • Commercial Real Estate

  • Or a related field

• Proven ability to complete tasks within defined SLAs and quality standards.

• Ability to work independently and effectively resolve issues or conflicts.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with Americas-based teams.

• Strong team-player mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships with peers and global teams.

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday, or other Accounting/CRM systems preferred.

• Knowledge or experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
