Responsible for the design and implementation of a defined Digital, Client Experience, and Marketing (DCXM) Governance program to align with and enforce risk management framework, fulfillment of enterprise program requirements, and oversight of regulatory adherence. Act as an authority to manage engagements on behalf of DCXM and provide expert representation in coordination with DCXM Leadership, Governance and Control Organization, Legal, Compliance, Truist Audit Services, Enterprise Technology and other stakeholders to achieve overall strategy success and platforms execution for all client and teammate facing platforms/capabilities owned by DCXM. Serves as an individual contributor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, administer and provide oversight of the fraud and authentication governance program for digital, branch and ATM platforms, with a focus on risk management and strategy framework to ensure consistency and operations within risk appetite. Key activities to include but not limited to roadmap development and prioritization, risk assessment coordination, strategic planning, and engagement with centralized Fraud and Authentication teams.
2. Lead cross-functional risk and governance projects for DCXM to ensure collaboration, engagement and successful execution to deliver benefits realization.
3. Directs and oversees relationships with business owners and technology leads to support overall program needs, ensuring implementation and oversight of appropriate risk management plans for DCXM governance and execution program initiatives.
4. Advise and challenge stakeholders regarding new, changed or discontinued business activity to drive transparency, accuracy of testing/assessments, and to assist in weighing needs for completion of risk program requirements, internal resolutions or escalation to appropriate risk channels for vetting or approvals where warranted.
5. Monitors and challenges performance of current systems and processes related to fraud and authentication. Identifies and advocates for solutions designed to deliver value and mitigate risk as appropriate.
6. Promote business leadership in ownership of gaps, self-identified issues and risk acceptance, advising on remediation activities/solutions and strategies where appropriate; quickly ensure escalation paths where warranted for timely input and resolution.
7. Develop and maintain collaborative, positive working partnerships across division leadership and teams, risk advisors, legal, compliance, audit and other partners using clear communication, a risk-based approach and project management skills. Key activities include rallying all vested stakeholders as needed for clear understanding of objectives, alignment on risk impacts, identification of redundancy to fulfill related requests, trouble-shooting, etc. with commitment to ensuring all stakeholders objectives can be met within reason or to full satisfaction. Ability to present difficult topics, challenges, and pivot to alternate solutions and methods to achieve goals

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent education and related training and work-related experience
2. 10+ years experience in financial services industry, preferably with a large financial services firm in Operations or Risk Management related areas.
3. In depth knowledge of key risk disciplines and regulations in the banking industry
4. Ability to effectively prioritize complex projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts, capable of navigating ambiguity and problem-solving issues in a heavily matrixed corporate environment.
5. Ability to work strategically and tactically, comfortable seeing and defining the “big picture” while overseeing details.
6. Excellent leadership ability and sound decision-making skills.
7. Strong business acumen and organizational agility.
8. Strong effective communicator (written and verbal) with executive management and regulators.
9. Profound sense of ethics and the ability to deal with pressure from all areas of the business.
10. Demonstrated executive level presence with expert level verbal and written communication skills.
11. Strong skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project)
