Summary:
As a Data Governance Practitioner, a typical day involves establishing and enforcing data governance policies that uphold the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to define and maintain data standards. The practitioner facilitates efficient data collection, storage, access, and usage processes while actively promoting data stewardship initiatives. Through these efforts, the role ensures comprehensive and effective governance of data assets across the organization, supporting informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of data governance frameworks to align with organizational goals.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their understanding and application of data governance principles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
- Strong expertise in data visualization techniques and best practices to effectively communicate complex data insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing dashboards and reports that support data governance and business intelligence objectives.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for data quality improvements.
- Familiarity with data management concepts including metadata management, data lineage, and data cataloging.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Tableau.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Tableau.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
