Responsibilities:

  • Collect, integrate, validate, and analyze logistics data from multiple Government and commercial information systems.

  • Develop data fusion products that provide a comprehensive operational picture of supply chain activities, transportation operations, inventory status, and asset visibility.

  • Analyze logistics performance metrics, inventory trends, transportation throughput, equipment readiness, and operational support data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Support enterprise asset visibility by integrating information from warehouses, Joint Theater Distribution Centers (JTDCs), Intermediate Staging Bases (ISBs), transportation networks, and forward operating locations.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive-level decision support products for Government leadership.

  • Coordinate with logistics planners, transportation coordinators, warehouse managers, and operational personnel to validate data accuracy and operational relevance.

  • Identify data discrepancies, reporting anomalies, and system integration issues while recommending corrective actions.

  • Support predictive logistics initiatives by identifying trends, forecasting demand, and analyzing operational performance.

  • Maintain data repositories, reporting tools, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures supporting logistics analytics.

  • Support operational planning, contingency operations, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and emergent logistics missions through timely analytical products.

  • Ensure compliance with Government data governance policies, cybersecurity requirements, records management standards, and contractual obligations.

  • Support operational exercises, logistics planning events, and after-action reviews through data collection and analysis.

  • Promote continuous process improvement by recommending automation, reporting enhancements, and data integration solutions.

  • Collaborate with Government organizations, information technology teams, and logistics personnel to improve enterprise logistics visibility.

  • Support geographically dispersed operations requiring real-time logistics awareness and operational reporting.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting logistics analysis, data analysis, supply chain management, operational reporting, business intelligence, or logistics operations for Government or Department of Defense programs.

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.

  • Experience analyzing logistics, transportation, inventory, supply chain, or operational data to support decision-making.

  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, visualizations, and analytical products utilizing enterprise information systems.

  • Experience supporting asset visibility, inventory accountability, transportation management, or warehouse operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable information supporting operational planning and mission execution.

Desired

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting USSOCOM, SOCPAC, Geographic Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), or Service Component logistics organizations.

  • Experience supporting Indo-Pacific operations, contested logistics, enterprise asset visibility, theater distribution, or expeditionary sustainment operations.

  • Experience utilizing Power BI, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SmarTrack, GCSS-Army, GCSS-MC, GCCS-J, ArcGIS, TAPID, ATLAS, SQL, and enterprise logistics analytics platforms.

  • Knowledge of logistics performance metrics, supply chain analytics, inventory management, transportation operations, data visualization, and Joint logistics doctrine.

  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CompTIA Data+, or equivalent logistics and analytics certifications are preferred.
