As a Data Engineer - Manager - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in our Managed Services team, focusing on delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Your expertise in project management, technology, and process optimization will be crucial in managing key processes and functions on behalf of our clients. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be at the forefront of driving continuous improvement and innovation, confirming that our clients receive exceptional service and value.

Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in IBM DataStage, SQL server, DB2, AWS, RCA, Monthly reporting, Team management and Stakeholder management skills.
- Leading managed services workstreams to streamline operations and enhance client efficiency
- Managing delivery teams and overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution
- Implementing process optimization strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs
- Utilizing automation frameworks to enhance business process automation and operational performance
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
- Engaging in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for business transformation
- Facilitating continuous process improvement initiatives to drive service excellence
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards while managing operational risk
- Developing and deploying automation solutions to optimize workflow and service management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
