Summary / Goal              

The Data Analyst (Portal Writer) is the end-to-end owner of our technical documentation ecosystem hosted on Mintlify. Operating at the intersection of product engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM), and developer experience, this role is responsible for architecting and maintaining clear, accurate, and developer-friendly documentation for our APIs and B2B integration channels.

Beyond pure technical authoring, the role bridges the gap between deep technical capability and business value. You will design agentic workflows from Jira to documentation drafts, and stakeholder sign-offs, while simultaneously creating compelling, customer-facing use cases and commercial content that empower sales experts and drive value-based selling.    

Key Responsibilities      

State the key (maximum of seven) areas and clusters of responsibility, formulated in an active manner. Define the reason why the job exists, you may summarize overall responsibilities, applicable guidelines/policies, and expected output. Avoid using jargon, acronyms, and abbreviations where possible so that a non-TVH generalist would understand the scope and size of the job.            

Content Ingestion & Portal Ownership 
Own, architect, and continuously maintain the master technical documentation on the Mintlify platform. Transform complex functional blueprints, webshop specifications, and integration frameworks into modular, intuitive developer content combining rich business context with technical precision.

API & Integration Channel Documentation
Maintain an in-depth, expert-level operational understanding of REST API architectures, Punchout protocols (OCI/cXML), and file sharing data exchanges. Actively utilize API testing tools (e.g., Postman) to understand our API products and generate native, runnable code samples enriched with robust business and technical contextual overviews for customer-facing reference.

Documentation-as-Code & Git Deployment       
Champion and implement industry-standard Documentation-as-Code methodologies across the integration framework. Oversee automated CI/CD documentation deployments from GIT repositories, ensuring a single source of truth and laying down technical pathways toward automated agentic flows to structurally maintain and update platform assets.

Backlog Management & JIRA Governance           
Lead Jira governance by implementing and overseeing agentic workflows that automatically ingest documentation changes directly from Jira into documented drafts. Orchestrate seamless review and approval cycles, securing cross-functional stakeholder alignment so platform documentation remains synchronized with active releases.

Global Alignment & Stakeholder Management 
Orchestrate alignment across multi-functional global and regional domains, managing regional content variations while safeguarding a unified global baseline. Proactively engage with regional stakeholders to motivate technical modifications, secure formal business sign-offs, and support the partner relations business in generating high-value collaborative content.

Commercial Content & Value-Based Selling       
Create compelling commercial content, real-world use cases, and customer journey maps directly on the developer portal to make integration capabilities easily explainable. Partner with our customer facing team and domain experts to strengthen our Unique Selling Proposition (USP), providing sales materials that drive value-based selling to enterprise customers and partners.

Dual-Target Content Engineering (AI & Human)
Own the layout strategy to ensure all developer assets are built for both people and AI. Architect and maintain specialized, machine-readable developer entry points—specifically implementing and updating llms.txt directories, Model Context Protocol (MCP) ecosystems, and emerging AI-consumption data layers to ensure our integration products seamlessly surface in automated AI developer workflows.

Flawless English written and verbal communication skills with a strong creative flair for technical documentation design and developer experience (DX). Absolute proficiency in distilling highly complex, technical multi-layered codebases and architectural logic into clean, clear, persuasive, and reader-centric technical literature that is as beautiful and intuitive for humans as top-tier benchmarks like Claude and PayPal

Competencies & Knowledge: API & Multi-Protocol Mastery       
Native or bilingual English written communication skills with a proven natural ability to translate deep, complex technical architecture into clear, persuasive, and accessible business messages. Demonstrated talent in creating intuitive Developer Experiences (DX) and commercial use cases on modern platforms like Mintlify.

Competencies & Knowledge: DevOps & Agentic Systems             

Hands-on experience with Documentation-as-Code workflows, Git-based version control, and modern deployment engines (specifically Mintlify). Strong practical capability in designing and leveraging agentic workflows connected to Jira to create documentation updates, and stakeholder sign-offs, alongside machine-readable formats (llms.txt, MCP).

Competencies & Knowledge: Project & Backlog Governance      

Solid analytical capabilities to structure unstructured ideas. Expert project coordination and queue management skills within Agile Atlassian environments (Jira/Confluence), with a demonstrated ability to systematically prioritize high-volume ticketing systems.

Competencies & Knowledge: Strategic Stakeholder Relations

Superior cross-functional stakeholder management and persuasive communication skills. Ability to effectively navigate corporate matrix networks, influence regional decision-making boards, and align diverse commercial, technical, and executive groups.

Competencies & Knowledge: Business Acumen & Platforms      

Deep commercial acumen across B2B e-commerce architectures, procurement networks (Ariba, Coupa), and ERP/DMS environments. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and value-based selling methodologies, enabling effective co-creation of GTM collateral with Domain experts.

Competencies & Knowledge: Autonomy & Onboarding Velocity              

High professional resilience and self-reliance to maintain accountability within a lean team structure. High operational agility to quickly grasp core parts business distribution logic, master fitment structures, and accelerate self-onboarding.
