Essential Duties

1. Compiles a list of items to be counted.

2. Completes physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits, and reconciliations on a daily, monthly or quarterly basis.

3. Resolves inventory issues in a timely manner

4. Research inventory discrepancies, including variances 

5. Performs inventory computer transactions in the appropriate business software.

6. Adheres to all safety procedures / standards within the course of performing job tasks.

7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Other Duties as Required and Assigned:

Assist other Team Members within the department as needed Contact Area Coordinator / Team Leader before leaving each day.

Physical Requirements

1.  Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, climb throughout the day.

2.  Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day, as well as other physical duties as needed.

3.  Must be able to stand and/or walk for 8 hours per day with 2 – 20 minutes breaks in between.

4.  Must be able to utilize machinery

5.  Must be able to lift and carry window glass, frames, and other products.

6.  Must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.

7.  Must be able to learn and follow company procedures and work instructions consistently.

8.   Must be able to work in an extremely fast paces environment.

9.   Must be able to work in extreme temperature

10. Must be able to work with my arms over head for extended period of time.

Skills & Equipment/Tools Needed

1.  Needs to demonstrate consistent performance.

2.  Needs to be consistently on time for team meetings and work daily.

3.  Needs to consistently look for ways to be efficient and use time wisely.

4.  Need to demonstrate a willingness to help others when needed.

5.  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

6.  Safety conscious/positive attitude and attention to details.

7.  Bilingual a plus, not necessary
