Overview of Opportunity
Two Six Technologies is searching for a Cyber Mission Analyst to help translate advanced cyber capabilities into effective operational employment for our government customers. This role sits at the intersection of cyber operations, engineering, and mission execution. The selected candidate will work closely with operators and developers to understand mission requirements, develop schemes of maneuver, and demonstrate how technical capabilities can be applied to real-world operational problems.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on offensive and/or defensive cyber experience, strong technical judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with both operators and software engineers. You will become deeply familiar with our technical capabilities, understand their strengths and limitations, develop creative approaches to mission challenges, and lead technical demonstrations that show customers what is operationally possible.
This work will be onsite in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine cyber schemes of maneuver that translate operational objectives and mission requirements into executable technical approaches.
- Work directly with government agencies and mission users to understand operational needs, user stories, use cases, constraints, and desired mission outcomes.
- Build, rehearse, and deliver technically credible demonstrations that show how capabilities can be deployed in realistic cyber environments.
- Develop a deep understanding of TST capabilities, architectures, workflows, and limitations and communicate those effectively to technical and operational audiences.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and engineers to translate operator feedback and mission needs into technical requirements, improvements, and potential workarounds.
- Apply offensive and defensive cyber operations expertise to evaluate how existing and emerging capabilities can be integrated into customer missions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, including during demonstrations, exercises, testing, and other customer-facing activities.
- Capture feedback from demonstrations and technical syncs with external stakeholders to better inform, improve, and reprioritize internal development and integration efforts.
- Document SOPs, technical procedures, and operational workflows and identify opportunities to iteratively improve processes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting or conducting offensive and/or defensive cyber operations, cyberspace operations, or intelligence missions.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, networking concepts and protocols, and common cyber operations workflows.
- Understanding of offensive/defensive tradecraft, attack lifecycle frameworks (ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain), and signature management/OPSEC constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to understand cyber mission objectives and translate them into technical approaches and workflows.
- Experience developing, delivering, and leading technical demonstrations.
- Ability to understand complex software systems and work directly with engineers to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, solve ambiguous technical problems, and adapt quickly as mission requirements change.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across multidisciplinary teams of operators, engineers, developers, and government stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience/familiarity with SQL, relational databases, Python/bash scripting.
- Experience/familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CEH
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Active Top Secret Clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
