Team Overview
The Cyber Insurance and Incident Response teams support the delivery of class-leading services to partners and clients by coordinating cyber incident activities and maintaining essential case-management processes. This role contributes to the teams’ effectiveness by supporting case tracking, system configuration, billing, stakeholder coordination, and accurate information management. This role reports to the Sales Manager, Sales Management. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Manage case tracking activities, the case-management system, and associated billing processes.
- Maintain accurate and timely case notes, records, and supporting information in the appropriate database.
- Ensure resolved and confirmed incident records are closed before billing activities begin.
- Coordinate with billing and sales support teams to help ensure billing is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Support case stakeholders with problem-solving activities during cyber incidents.
- Partner with the Incident Coordination team to help resolve partner and client challenges.
- Track documentation and facilitate data transfers between the company and clients.
- Provide professional and courteous service to internal teams, partners, clients, and other stakeholders, as applicable.
- Provide primary and ancillary administrative support to the Incident Response delivery team.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- One to three years of experience in an administrative position or a comparable support role.
- Relevant education or certifications may be considered in place of professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks progressing at different speeds while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English across different levels of an organization.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a results-driven, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
Required Technical Skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet
