This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Customer Experience: Customer Solutions Specialist in Peachtree City, GA with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
- Serve as the primary business owner for strategic customer solutions that enhance the overall customer experience while supporting company objectives.
Lead logistics consolidation initiatives to reduce freight expense, improve delivery performance, and simplify the customer supply chain.
- Monitor conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve future implementations.
Analyze customer, logistics, returns, and recovery data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Act as a Category Manager for the Stock & Flow business at Cooper Lighting Solutions.

- BA/BS ideally with a mix of Business, Supply Chain and Analytics
- Experience (internships, full time) converting data into actionable insights
- Strong Excel and Analytical tools background (ex: V-lookups, VBA, Macros, etc)
*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
- Salary: $93,000- $136,000 based on experience
- Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 10%
