CX Advisory Lead - Southeast Asia

Location: Singapore (regional coverage across SEA)

About the Role

We are looking for a CX Advisory Lead to own and grow our Southeast Asia advisory business across two

core areas: MarTech and CX Improvement. This is a client-facing, revenue-owning leadership role

combining business development, offering development, delivery oversight, and account management.

We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable building a promising practice area from the

ground up - getting hands-on where playbooks don't yet exist - and staying close to delivery with their

own partial utilisation target, rather than operating purely in an oversight capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth

* Own and deliver revenue targets for the SEA advisory practice

* Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across MarTech and CX Improvement

* Build and manage a healthy pipeline across existing and new accounts

Offering Development

* Develop and evolve advisory offerings with technology anchor (Adobe MarTech and/or Salesforce CRM)

and CX Improvement (Digital and Contact Centre channels)

* Stay current on market trends, platform capabilities, and competitor positioning to keep offerings

differentiated

Delivery Management

* Oversee delivery of advisory engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction

* Provide senior oversight and escalation support across concurrent engagements

* Partner with delivery teams to ensure consulting recommendations are practical and platform-aligned

Account Management

* Act as senior client relationship owner for key SEA accounts

* Identify account growth and cross-sell opportunities across MarTech and CX Improvement

* Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders up to C-suite level

Requirements

Areas of Focus

1. MarTech

* Platform advisory across Adobe MarTech (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, AEM, Adobe Analytics)

and/or Salesforce CRM

* Martech strategy, roadmap, and capability assessments

* Platform selection, integration strategy, and optimisation

2. CX Improvement

* CX strategy and transformation across Digital and Contact Centre channels

* Journey design, service design, and operating model improvement

Candidate Profile (Must)

* 10+ years in CX/MarTech consulting or advisory, with prior P&L or revenue ownership

* Strong working knowledge of Adobe MarTech and/or Salesforce CRM ecosystems

* Track record of building and delivering CX improvement programs across digital and contact centre

channels

* Proven business development skills - able to shape opportunities and close deals

* Experience managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams and senior client relationships

* Based in Singapore, with willingness to travel across SEA

* Comfortable operating as a builder - growing a promising practice area from the ground up with

hands-on involvement, while also carrying a personal utilisation target
