About the role

Join an international technical support team supporting customers of a leading manufacturer of innovative garden equipment, robotic lawn mowers, and power tools. As a Customer Service Technical Specialist, you will help customers troubleshoot product-related issues, provide guidance on product functionality, and ensure high-quality customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to products, accessories, mobile applications, and connected devices.

• Guide customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance.

• Identify root causes of technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.

• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.

• Document customer interactions and technical findings accurately in internal systems.

• Educate customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance.

• Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).

• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles.

• Strong technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart devices, home & garden equipment, or power tools.

• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions.

• Good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office applications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

• Readiness to work from an office in Katowice.

Nice to Have:

• Technical education or relevant certifications.

• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
