Responsibilities:

• Align and develop multi-level productive relationships at key regional accounts.
• Effectively communicate and align company initiatives with subordinate team.
• Effectively conduct direct selling functions at retailer/distributor/wholesaler HQ level to drive company sales.
• Maintain corporate mandated profit contribution at the team level through effective management of assigned spending budgets.
• Effectively utilize syndicated data to identify opportunities and provide management with post analysis results.  Interface with Marketing and Sales Management to identify opportunities and develop regional initiatives.
• Assigned to large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts.

Experience, Skills, Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Finance.

• 8-12 years of field sales experience and 5-8 years of managing people and setting direction to team required. ADUSA experience is preferred.

• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise

• Strong influencing and communication skills with high level leaders

• Proficient organizational, planning, negotiating and problem solving skills

• Demonstrated analytical skills to understand trends and make recommendations

• Strong technical skills such as Microsoft suite: Excel, PowerPoint, word

• Exceptional Financial and Business Acumen

• Excellent understanding of portfolio of brands

• Demonstrated people management capability

• Builds relationships both internally and externally based on trust and confidence; builds productive relationships internally with cross functional teams; sets an example of what constructive, collaborative working relationship should be

• Easily forms relationships at all levels/functions within customer organizations

• Builds and delivers solutions that exceed customer expectations and value to B&G which are in alignment with our core strategy

• Leverages knowledge of brokers to develop successful, outside the box retail campaigns that deliver measurable results

• Understands various channels of deployment for each brands

• Understands strategic intent of the brand (growth, maintain, new product de, etc.

• Utilizes syndicated data and resources to develop persuasive selling stories

• Prioritizes portfolio management to maximize results and deliverables

Compensation:

Base Pay Range:

$131,138-174,851

Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
