Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Customer Success Management (CSM) team to support the development and retention of our customers.

Your mission will be to support CSMs in engaging and developing our customer base, with a particular focus on customer outreach, QBR preparation, and customer follow-up help. You will also contribute to improving CSM processes and customer data, helping the team deliver a high-quality and proactive customer experience at scale.

You will be part of a team of 13 people, dedicated to supporting, retaining, and developing Scaleway customers through strong relationships and a deep understanding of their business and technical challenges. The team works closely on customer engagement, process improvement, and cross-functional projects with other internal teams.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

Tasks

• Launch and coordinate customer outreach campaigns alongside CSMs, from customer segmentation and campaign preparation to follow-up and results tracking

• Support the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by gathering relevant customer insights and data, structuring key messages, and preparing presentation materials

• Organise, prepare and participate in customer meetings alongside CSMs, in particular for mid-market customers

• Write meeting summaries and ensure follow-up actions are clearly identified and tracked

• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify relevant insights and engagement opportunities

• Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve CSM processes, tools, and customer journeys

• Support the team in maintaining high-quality customer data and using CSM tools and dashboards for customer monitoring

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS :

• Currently a Master’s student (M1 or M2) in a business school or engineering school
• Good communication skills, with the ability to structure information and produce clear written and presentation materials
• Analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and tell a clear story
• First experiences through school projects, internships, or student jobs
• Strong interest in customer relationship management, customer engagement, and the tech/cloud ecosystem
• Comfortable working with digital tools such as Slack, Google Workspace and CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
