Due to continued business growth, we require 5, proactive and detail‑focused Customer Service Executive's to deliver industry‑leading support to our customers.

In this role, you’ll manage after‑sales queries — including delivery issues, and order‑related questions — ensuring every customer feels supported, valued, and confident in their partnership with TD SYNNEX.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role is to provide industry‑leading customer service by managing after‑sales enquiries accurately, professionally, and with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Investigate, advise on, and resolve after‑sales queries and delivery‑related issues
• Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring every query is managed through to resolution
• Own and progress all cases within agreed service levels
• Follow company policies, procedures, and delegation of authority when handling delivery situations
• Improve efficiencies in query handling and deliveries, helping reduce credit notes and minimise losses
• Highlight root‑cause issues and support the business in addressing them
• Promote the use of TD SYNNEX’s e‑Business customer service tools
• Support colleagues, contribute to shared goals, and maintain a strong team ethic
• Uphold TD SYNNEX values in all actions and decisions
• Support with additional duties as required

Above all, you’ll act as an advocate for the customer, ensuring their experience is smooth, supportive, and solutions‑focused.

What You’ll Bring

• Must be happy and confident to speak to customers on the telephone
• Prior experience of business and customer service processes.
• A customer first attitude and a passion for giving good service.
• Track record of working successfully in a team environment.
• Careful and methodical, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Effective time management and prioritising skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word an advantage.

As part of the interview process, we will be holding an Assessment Centre on Tuesday 24th November from 10am-1pm which you will need to attend in order to be considered for the role.
