Role Definition:
This role provides customer service and contract administration support for Caterpillar Financial customers. Acting as a key point of contact, the position supports customers with financial products and services, contract maintenance and modifications, payment processing, collections activities, and digital financing platforms. The role also ensures accurate data management across business systems while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
What You Will Do:
• Provides administrative support for the Customer Services Representatives. Administrative support includes, preparing invoices and other miscellaneous forms and letters.
• Answering inbound customer service inquiries. Providing analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate.
• Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
• Understanding of products and services offered, providing appropriate solutions to customer queries.

• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
• Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, ideally within customer service, contract administration, financial services, collections, accounts receivable, banking, leasing, or a similar environment; however, strong candidates with transferable skills, customer focus, and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Proven problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when preparing customer documentation, processing transactions, and maintaining records.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience desired.
Languages:
• Fluent Spanish required.
• Intermediate English, with the ability to speak, write, and understand business communications.
Additional Information:
• This is an office-based position and requires daily presence at our Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) office.
• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• A valid work permit for Spain or EU/EFTA citizenship is required.
• Please note that relocation assistance and payroll transfers are not available for this role.
• Compensation: Minimum annual base salary of €27,494 plus a 7% target annual bonus.
Base Minimum Pay:
€27,494.00
Please note that salary is only one component of the total compensation and benefit package available at Caterpillar.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
