- Position: Customer Service Representative II
- Location: Northbrook, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
- Hours: Monday-Friday,9am-5:30pm, rotating Saturdays
What you will do:
- Call Center- Answering General Information calls
- Reporting results (Critcal reporting)
- Faxing Results (Call List)
- Trouble shooting specimen errors (LSI)
- Creating tickets
- Specimen add on requests
- Supply Ordering
- Contacting patients for recollections
What you will need:
- Education: High School diploma
- Certification: none
- Experience: 3 or more years
- Unique or Preferred Skills: Multi tasking a must, Call center experience
