You will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chain efficiency. In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Be the single point of contact for your assigned customer portfolio, managing all processes from order to invoice
• Communicate with Customers and Sales about order status, changes, claims, delivery, and product availability
• Manage escalations for complaints and disputes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Achieve customer service targets and KPIs (Invoice Accuracy, CFR, CS Mistake, on-time documentation)
• Optimize order and delivery execution with focus on promotions, bottlenecks, and quotas
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Order Fulfilment, CS Finance, Logistics and Sales teams
• Prepare and archive proper documentation at all stages of the process

What you will bring

• Experience in CS&L/ an order-to-cash environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer orientation, strong influencing, and communication skills
• Strong focus on delivering productivities, service and KPIs
• Team player, accountable, proactive thinking, flexibility
• Communicative in English

Nice to have:

• Work experience in the FMCG/CPG industry
• SAP knowledge
