YOUR MISSION

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Koordination aller Customer-Service-Prozesse
• Prüfung und Bearbeitung eingehender Aufträge hinsichtlich Verfügbarkeit, Preisgestaltung und vereinbarter Konditionen.
• Sicherstellung kundenspezifischer Versandanforderungen sowie einer termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Belieferung.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Field Account Managern zur Gewährleistung einer optimalen Kundenbetreuung und nachhaltigen Kundenbindung.
• Koordination von Kundenanliegen bei Zahlungsschwierigkeiten in enger Abstimmung mit der Buchhaltung sowie Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten internen Schnittstellen.

YOUR TALENT

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, sowie eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen und Systemen.
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Teamorientierung.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Hohe Kundenorientierung, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Schnittstellen.
